Connecting people, studios & brands
“I’ve always loved recording studios and the humans that use them - the engineers, producers, artists, technicians, managers and manufacturers - all pulling together to help create amazing music. These spaces, and people, are more important now than ever.”
— Brendon Harding, Sound Mind Audio
About
Brendon Harding has over 20 years of experience working in recording studios and the music tech industry.
Starting out as an engineer he worked with a number of award-winning artists including Little Simz, Jessie Ware, Disclosure, Lee “Scratch” Perry, GhostPoet and many more. After 8 years as head engineer at Red Bull Studios London, a switch was needed and he went from running sessions, to running studios and projects - with time spent managing Strongroom and then the Spitfire Audio Academy.
He now focuses fully on Sound Mind Audio, delivering in two areas - engineer management and marketing consultancy.
A keen advocate for empowering people to do their best work, Brendon works with engineers and producers directly as a manager, or through his HeadRoom programme - a bespoke blend of coaching, mentoring and management.
Drawing on experience from time spent at both large multi-national organisations and startups, Brendon also works to enhance the marketing capabilities of music technology companies by providing marketing strategy, A&R, content production, and project-specific support.
