Writing copy that doesn’t copy

How do you write about sound, and the things that manipulate sound, without saying all of the same-old things that everyone else does?

Sam Pemberton, CEO of Make Noise Pro Audio wanted to talk to a specific audience, but as he’ll openly tell you: “I’m sh*t at words”, and that’s where I came in - delivering copy for every category and section page on the new website. Executing a tone of voice that spoke directly to a section of professional sound engineers, music producers and artists that know what they’re looking for, and don’t need to be told the basics all over again.

Working with Sam, and Tarik Barrott from Hatch Digital, I’ve created copy that cuts through to the target audience, whilst also delivering SEO keywords and phrases in an organic way.
