Building A studio in the colombian clouds
With a panoramic view of Medellin, Colombia - the Selina Music Studio was a one-off, situated on the top of a hotel.
Drawing on my experience with branded studios I was brought in by the Selina Hotel group to specify the studio equipment and oversee it’s install ahead of the grand opening in 2019. A fast-turnaround project, there were only three days available to install an SSL-XL desk as the heart of the studio. The studio was bookable along with rooms in the hotel, enabling recordings for local, and international, artists.
